So tuesday night i played at a concert with my jazz band for the first time, and it was great! We did a variety of pieces including birdland (without the solo bass sadly) and blue skies which sounded great i think. I really enjoyed it even if my playing was less than perfect, but a little more practice and sight reading on electric will be easy!

Nah its my city jazz band, i'm kinda glad we didn't do the solo bass bits actually i really suck at artificial harmonics. Most of the stuff is walking bass lines, its just keeping up on the paper. One piece we did called children of sanchez is **** hard 2 sight read tho
