Fack lol, I tohught I had a good joke there! lol, also, I am at -44 Rep points, Pespi! I know you made one, and I wanna know why??? lol

Janeway 06-21-2006 04:43 PM

It wasn't personal. I was in a poopy mood at the moment.

I'll +rep you once I can again. That is, if I still have the ability.

Futuro 06-21-2006 05:51 PM

Talking about old games, I have been playing Final Fantasy 7 alot recently. I got some PSX emulator and I can play it on my comp

Ill Mitch 06-21-2006 06:35 PM

I just found out iTunes can convert videos into MPEG4 format for you. I'm actually really suprised.

Quinto 06-21-2006 06:38 PM

dude why does futuro take away 17 of my rep points, and when bb gave me rep he gave me 10???

Ming-a-Ling 06-21-2006 06:39 PM

I got rep from Pespi. She left me the sweetest message

"I'm repping you while I still can. Fatty Fatty McTaco."

Futuro 06-21-2006 06:42 PM

Quinto 06-21-2006 06:49 PM

rockindrummer 06-21-2006 06:58 PM

It's cause Futro is better than BB, geez..

Though BB is still pretty ganster.

Electric Requiem 06-21-2006 06:59 PM

I remember when pokemon was cool, those were the days.
*stares dreamily off into space*

I totally have the PC version of this game

Honestly, I don't know what was the big deal about this game. 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 were all better (haven't played the others) and the storyline was confusing as hell.

Plus the problem with FF games is that they're so damn linear. Oh, you have to go here next, fight all these random battles on your way, oh boss! Now some dialouge, and next area! So boring!

I have been borrowing my friends gamecube, trying to beat Zelda Windwaker. Pretty cool game so far

crazyguy832 06-21-2006 08:19 PM

^^^
I'd be playing that right now, but my lil bro accidently deleted my save game.

Janeway 06-21-2006 08:33 PM

People don't really play FF for the gameplay, it's the storyline.
The only reason I ever bothered to play VIII was the Quistis/Fujin thing.
I did play X because I was a little fatty kid who listened to KiTTie, though.
=/

AND JESUS!
I have never been so absolutely, utterly, totally transfixed with a dead person as I am with Greta Garbo. I read a few random pages of her biography, and I managed to develop this gut wrenching crush on her.
There was a little interview, and she was so fucking melodramatic and calm and negative and absolutely sweenglish that it made me so creamy. =/

Cool pic of MI  (Not taken by me BTW)

crazyguy832 06-21-2006 08:42 PM

Are you serious, Antigone? Maybe back then, but now... the original guys who made FF formed a different company and Square's just banking on fanboyism to sell their games.

Seafroggys 06-21-2006 08:45 PM

if I wanted a story, I'd read a book. I'm sure there are many many books out there better then any FF story.

Janeway 06-21-2006 08:47 PM

Yeah, I haven't really had the urge to move on.
It gets too confusing with the androgeny and the crappy rehashed plot.
I ended up getting into FF Tactics Advanced the most out of all the games I played, because it had no hellishly annoying plot.
But the rabbit ladies are hot in the new ones.

Edit: Yeah, but it's entertaining to watch it carried out in animation.

Seafroggys 06-21-2006 08:51 PM

my FF days are in the past, I've moved on to good RPGs like Fallout, Deus Ex, Morrowind, the works.

And if I want a story I watch Requiem for a Dream. :)

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3627399368214592389&q=frank+zappa

Besides the beginning, cool video. Has Wackerman on drums, and vai on guitar.

Massik Kretal 06-21-2006 09:10 PM

So I got New Breed the other day. I'm gonna start it next week, but I'm a lefty playing on a righty setup....and they say some crap about territorial stuff in it so I'm gonna go through it as a normal righty.

I think this will help me tremendously. You New Breeders, do you practice it a special way?

moogoogaipan 06-21-2006 09:15 PM

^^^no special way. I just do the exercises as it says..
I don't have the territorial setup he asks for, so if I need a time keeper or something, I just substitute. Makes is hellishly easier than going out and buying 2 more hi-hats, a floor tom, and a couple extra rides.

Massik Kretal 06-21-2006 09:21 PM

Oh, well I got two hats and I can use crashes as rides, and toms yeah I'll figure something out.

Josiah 06-21-2006 09:27 PM

Yea, Just follow the book and be creative if places you may need soemthin duplicate.

Though I hope people get the point behind it. You can take the concept and run with it. Make your own systems.. your own melodies. Use Syncopation as a melody archieve, use a reading book, etc.. apply stickings to the system's, etc use melodies that involve various artifical note groupings, etc

White 06-21-2006 10:40 PM

Wow, I realized today how much is topped caring about my post count lol, Like April I reached 3500 posts lol, I just look at threads and instead of spamming I just say nothing if its not usefull, I really have evolved into something better haha. g2g though (this was jsut for an even numbered post count haha) c yas

That movie is amazing and the book is even more amazing, the author of "A Million Little Pieces" tottally ripped off Hubert Selby.

YES! Fallout 1 and 2, and Dues Ex (but not Invisible War) are GREAT games! I finished Deus Ex again last week. I took the ending where you merge with the Daedalus/Icarus/Helios A.I. and become a god.

Janeway 06-22-2006 10:57 AM

I had a dirty dream about a multiple orgasmic, gorgeous, 42 year old italian woman. =/

fishbulb 06-22-2006 11:02 AM

That's what you fantasize about?

Janeway 06-22-2006 11:05 AM

Yeah, pretty much.

That and fisting Laura Bush.

fishbulb 06-22-2006 11:06 AM

Laura bush is hot? (or hott)

Janeway 06-22-2006 11:08 AM

Absolutely.
Those cute little skirt-suits she wears just get me every time.

fishbulb 06-22-2006 11:11 AM

Holy ****, you live in Spain?

Janeway 06-22-2006 11:14 AM

Yeah.

Is that the new cool? To have your snare below your knees?

fishbulb 06-22-2006 11:22 AM

That snare is really low.
