yeah i am actually glad i left, they already have a new bassist and he is a blink fan and plays root notes ........... :lol: they are gonna be so crap, cause they are now turning really pop but when i was in the band i kinda added a bit of stuff into my basslines which made the music quite prog rock in ways.

I'm thinking of making up a new band, but like totally different something like tool mixed with mudvayne and with a bit of funk slapped in :D .....just gotta find a guitarist, singer and a drummer :upset:

audition is for jazz band , im going to overkill my competition on this one. i asked the director if i could multitrack my audition cd, he told me yes , none of the other ones have had enough experience to even think of that.

o and status is on my playlist i just havent gotten to it yet

Meh. They're making me play goalie this time. SO not too much *** kicking... althought I did start beating that kid with my blocker once.... but that's another story.


I tried out for defense, but then got put in net because out goalie broke his foot and I'd been playing goal for the last.... 3? or so years...

So I just got the DVD of The Kids Are All Right - as a bonus feature it's got videos of Baba O'Riley and Won't Get Fooled Again, where the camera stays on the Ox, and the audio is just him.

This is going to be handy with the learning.

When it's soloed like this and you can hear just him you can hear a very definate influence on Claypool.
