Does anyone else browse Sordo every day or two and download all the stuff they find intriguing, based on the genre descriptions and descriptions left by the uploaders? I'm usually disappointed, but stuff always sounds like it'd be good.

yeah but i usually check last.fm/myspace first just to make sure it's remotely listenable. so far the only band ive found to be really really awesome was fatal flying guilloteens, but i have hope that other good, unknown bands are there too

niobium 04-13-2009 02:03 PM

it's not really. sordo delivers when people ask me to upload albums

dude, no way. The novelty's worn off and it's still cool. Jay-Z is coming to my campus and playing with Third Eye Blind, Kelly Clarkson, and the Veronicas. I couldn't bring myself to pay like 25-30 bucks just to see Jay-Z from the nosebleeds.
