Ever drank Special Brew? My friday night special used to be 2 cans of Stella to start me off, then 2 cans of Special Brew, to finish me off.

he responded with a blank face but fun was to be had for all soon after....

it was actually carlsberg elehpant beer... something like 8% ...good day... great day

Rofl@ AG's suggestion. Special brew is meh, Tennants Super is pure horribleness.

You guy want to get some of the stronger Belgian beers in you. Strongest I've had was Kasteel Bruin at 11%.

I tried a chocolate beer once, a couple of years ago. It was weird.

Depending on how you set it up, you can run one as an extension of the main screen or just a copy (for displaying video in another location/direction).

I currently run a ghetto dual monitor setup a 24" and a 17" on its side for longer screens although I plan to upgrade to 2 matching 24" monitors to flank the main one.

Yeah man, it's like when they cancelled Reaper. The last episode was clearly not intended as a 'final episode' (it was actually setting up for a new series) but they go an fu[size=2]c[/size]king cancel it right when it's starting to get really good.

what i hate is when they cancel a series and don't even tell people hey look this is cancelled watch the last episode.

i didn't even know reaper was cancelled and had forgot about it. than i was talking with my wife about it and we realized we hadn't seen it for like 6 months so i looked it up on wikipedia.

I reckon the problem is how the writers of these shows write purposely open ended storylines.

It's the difference between writing a good story, that resolves, for the sake of a good story. As opposed to writing an open ended story for the sake of the writers scoring another season and staying employed.

If the show gets sh!tcanned it leaves the viewers frustrated.

What kind of diodes is it on? Schottky diode? I always liked saying Schottky for no apparent reason. It was just a little bit of entertainment to get me through my Electronics I class.

Just a normal, bog standard PN diode. What we're given is a range of measured data (current against voltage, capacitance against voltage) and we've got to calculate Na, Nd, Built in potential, thickness of silicon, loads of ****. Really tedious and boring.

Yap, solid state physics suck, that's why I specialise in communications and control => more complex calculus, less na, nd, np, holes and electrons floating around.

I can recommend the book by A. Neamen though.


BTW: I've been on a Herman Li guitar clinic yesterday, he's a really cool, nice and modest guy and very good, I don't know why I always laughed about him. :lol:

ugh, bad memories of Fourier Transforms. I mean if the devil created anything in mathematics, it was Fourier Transforms. They were all over communications, controls was thankfully mostly Laplas transforms or w/e. Much easier than FT.
