Why such a long break?

Janeway 06-18-2006 08:25 PM

I read 16 pages of Oedipus Rex.
It's more interesting than I thought it would be.
I keep having to check the reference section to figure out words/people.

Sunshine 06-18-2006 08:45 PM

Does Anyone Play Guild Wars? dont ask why im asking, its not for me.

I need personal feedback about this game...to buy or not to buy.

Janeway 06-18-2006 09:26 PM

It is hot and I have no underwear.
Uh oh.

Sunshine 06-18-2006 10:03 PM

How do you run out of underwear?

I realized today that I have way too many nicknames. Most people don't bother learning my actual name 'cause they just pick a nickname they like...or worse, invent there own.

Panopticon 06-18-2006 10:10 PM

list of real name plus all nicknames plzkthxbai...

having just realized this is the first time i have ever replied to one of your posts or you have probly seen my posts...this might seem creepy...but i assure you, i am not a pedophile/rapist.

Aaron 06-18-2006 10:18 PM

sup etp2?

Janeway 06-18-2006 10:18 PM

I usually just take them off and leave them.
They end up in a big pile in the middle of my floor.

GOD I'M BORED!
There's nothing on TV, Degrassi sucks 'cause it doesn't have enough Alex, and it's gay pride month. Gay pride is like white pride, but only with out the robes and some fabulous pumps.
And worse, it's expected of me.

Aaron 06-18-2006 10:20 PM

pespi, why the name change? i like it better than cube by the way. good play that. really representative of the society at the time.

Janeway 06-18-2006 10:23 PM

I don't really know.
Cube was a lame name, and it just got to me.

As assured as I am, I think I'll refrain from sharing, if only because it's incredibly boring information.

Arg, I have a gay friend. And when I say a gay friend, I mean homo-freaking-tastic. He went to gay pride in LA and will not shut UP about it...and he wants to work at Wells Fargo because it's "diversified." Meaning it doesn't fire gay people. Which other banks don't either, but don't try to tell him that =/

I don't think he's actually gay. I think he just wants to be. But its insanely annoying. I don't talk about being straight all the time, jeez.

Aaron 06-18-2006 10:24 PM

yeah it was, lol. It was too... TRON!

White 06-18-2006 10:24 PM

ya, just got back from a party and that girl wasn't even there! it was just a bunch of guys drinking ,so ya, I left and walked through the woods for a couple hours haha ,it was freaky as hell

Sunshine 06-18-2006 10:25 PM

Hah, sausage fest.

Aaron 06-18-2006 10:26 PM

awesome. drunk in the forest!

Janeway 06-18-2006 10:35 PM

I remember my parents tried to get me to watch Tron when I was wee, but it scared me so bad that I had to sleep with my mom for a week. Or atleast I tried.

Agh. I hate that. People like that annoy me to no end.
If they didn't make such a huge freakin' deal about being a homo, they wouldn't deal with so much prejudice. Like, where does it make sense to go up to your employer and say, "Hello. I'm a biiig freakin' fantastic homosexual!"? It doesn't, yet there are so many of those morons who do it, and then wonder with their thumbs jammed up their buttholes why they got fired.
You try and explain it to them and all of a sudden you're some big, fat, narrow-minded homophobe-y biggot tard. And apparently the fact that I choose not to walk around in a rainbow toga lamenting over all of heterosexual society and trying to force my way of life down everyone elses throat makes me straight, too.

White 06-18-2006 10:41 PM
Hah, sausage fest.
Ya Iw as gonna say that but I wasn't sure if everyone would know what I meant. And Aaron, I wasn't drunk lol, I don't drink (or smoke)

Sunshine 06-18-2006 10:45 PM

People have a large tendancy to suck. Hard.

I can't actually SAY anything about gay-boy pissing me off to no end 'cause otherwise OMG HOMOPHOBE GAYS R PPL 2 WATS UR PROBLEM OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG.

>=O

So there were these 2 chicks makin' out at the Sadie Hawkins dance [in my khaki pants...no I jest], right? And everybody knows the school rules --- if you make out with someone, you get thrown out of the dance and your parents get called to pick you up.

WELL. The entirety of the gay/bi/poser-tastic population at Buena decided that OMG THE VICE PRINCIPAL IS BEING SO HOMOPHOBIC OMGOMOGMG WEER GUNA PROTEST, so we had "BUENA GAY DAY."

Where all of the gays/lesbians/"bi"s/supporters of such a lifestyle got all sortza rainbow'd out for the day. The protest fell through, the lawsuit didn't even start to happen...all that happened was a day where everybody was OMG GAY PRIDE. 'Cept these 3 dudes who made "Straight Pride" shirts.

The whole thing. Blown totally out of proportion =/

Janeway 06-18-2006 10:45 PM

You do take advantage of girls who are drunk, though.
As if not partaking in drinking and smoking somehow make up for that.

Fucking chauvinistic pork monger.

Sunshine 06-18-2006 10:48 PM
Ya Iw as gonna say that but I wasn't sure if everyone would know what I meant. And Aaron, I wasn't drunk lol, I don't drink (or smoke)
Who DOESN'T know the term?

Seafroggys 06-18-2006 10:48 PM
yeah it was, lol. It was too... TRON!
Tron is an awesome movie. My ex hated it. Can't believe it.

Janeway 06-18-2006 10:50 PM

Haha. Shit.
That's actually pretty cool, because apparently being gay makes you above the law. Now I don't have to hide those little girls I molest every tuesday and thursday night.

I like how you put 'bi' in quotes.
Is there someone else who actually believes that the bisexual population are fuckwipes?

Sunshine 06-18-2006 10:55 PM

I think people confuse "will screw anything that moves" with "bisexual."

Futuro 06-18-2006 11:06 PM

OMG my hardrive got pwnd.

I was obligated to get my two favorite songs back!

Seafroggys 06-18-2006 11:07 PM
I think people confuse "will screw anything that moves" with "bisexual."
Sunshine 06-18-2006 11:08 PM
yeah. Because while i'll screw anything that moves, I am not a bisexual.
At least you know.

Janeway 06-18-2006 11:09 PM

Futuro 06-18-2006 11:14 PM
Why the hell are you listening to Corey Hart?
Sunshine 06-18-2006 11:15 PM

Futuro 06-18-2006 11:36 PM

I'm so fucking BORED.
I have to proctor a freshman english exam tomorrow. Lucky me.

I just watched a clip of the Brandon Teena documentary. I would really want to wach it, but it's so 90's it's terrible. How could we really think those fashions were cool? The hair. Why was it so big?

90s? Even in this decade the 90s fashion seems modern.

Maybe it was a show from like 91 or 92. The 80s style still simmered on a little bit in those two years, but it had died down quite a bit by that time.

Janeway 06-18-2006 11:48 PM

Brandon Teena died in 1993, and the documentary was filmed starting in 1994 for around three years. It was releasted in 1998.
It's still terrible fashion.

The video. The 90's.

I'm going to bed.
Good night.

Seafroggys 06-19-2006 12:09 AM

i don't feel like watching the video, but I watch shows and stuff all the time from the 90s, like Seinfeld, and I watch movies from the 90s, and it still has a modern feel to it.

Then again, I'm still one of the few people grasping onto the fact that the 90s never ended. It was weird, in math my freshman year (01-02 school year), my teacher made a comment like "remember in the 90s when such and such was..." and it blew my mind. It was only two years earlier, but my teacher was referring to it as an entire decade in a past tense, like how we talk about the 60s and stuff. That's when I first realized "holy ****, its a whole nother decade now".

But even then, I still haven't dropped the fact that its a whole new decade. Sure, the whole damn world is a different place then it was pre-War on Terror and pre-Bush, plus I had a life altering event that happened in 1999 from which I split the history of my life in two, but even then, in my mind, its still the 90s.

Man that was the most pointless rant of my life.
