I do like Polaris... but recently 23 has been getting the repeat plays during the long night drives... I think that gorgeous guitar solo at the end just fills a spot that Polaris lacks.

Futures is an amazing album. It's such a shame it came out at the same time as American Idiot, because it hardly got any recognition over here. It's a cross between Clarity and Bleed American, in all the best ways.

Yeah, Futures in general is superb. I agree about 23 as well - it's such a well-written song.

well, it's really good. last season was okish, i watched it with my girlfriend, but this season i've been hooked.

theres a guy going around called the carver

he hates all plastic surgery and stuff, and so he breaks into models houses and makes to big slits coming from each side of the mouth, so it looks like some evil smile thing. and in tonights last episode, he broke into one of the plastic surgens, and you just see him wake up, he sees him, and then he gets injected with something, a tear comes down his eye because he can't move, and then the Carver takes out a knife and makes a stabbing motion, but we dont see anything, and thats the end.

That's a bit messed up.

how scary is that mask? it's crazy, because he stands over them if they are in bed until they wake up, and when they do and realize it's him, thats when he stabbs him with the needle so they can't move.

in the one last week, the other surgen was in the shower, and the camera sloly moved to the right and the carver was just standing outside the shower door watching him, and then he walked away, then he got out and brushed his teeth, and the carver got him.

messed up stuff... i know.

it's 10x better than a film, because i've been watching it for so long the characters have grown on me, so when stuff liek this happens, it really does make you scared about what will happen to them.

i hate the felling you get when you stup your toe, it hurts forever and you can't be mad at anyone.

that HURTS. I stood on one of my ex's upturned hair clips once - one of those things that are shaped like beartraps... it was painful.

i do that all the time at my girlfriends. the worst is when you close a door on one of your toes.
