This is quite correct if your understanding of the word "good" is in fact "bad", huh-hah.

However, "most mediocre band of the last 5 years" has to go to 'Hard-Fi'.

Even the name oozes mediocrity.

Hard Fi were a good lil band last year, before they re-recoreded their album and released all the new videos. Now they're jsut a hollow shell.

And Arctic Monkeys are a great laugh. Nothing special, but nice to hear some comical Yorkshire grit in vocals

I love AM vocals.

I think you have to really search for good bands at the moment.
No truly great bands get air-play.
