I can honestly say I've only heard 2 of their songs. Don't Fear the Reaper and Burnin' For You, they're both on some rock compilations that my parens have.

I'm actually quite enjoying it. It has their 3 big songs (Don't Fear the Reaper, Burnin' For You, and Godzilla). This leads me to believe it's some sort of greatest hits, though it doesn't say anything like that on it.

I want to know how you can have so many records that you don't even know you have some of them.

Agents of Fortune go 4.5 stars on allmusic, Mirrors only got 2.5.

Haven't watched my new dvds yet, but I've listened to the cds. Yesterday I smoked pot for the first time ever. (I probably won't keep doing it, I just wanted to know what the deal was.) The kid I was with said he was honored to smoke with me cause I'm the top of our class, straight-A student. It was pretty funny to think about. We did it from pop cans, a bong, and a joint. I decided against the water bong, though (I was hoping my friend would follow my lead and stop, but she didn't.)

Why not, they really are a great band. Songs like the Flamming Telepaths, Astronomy, Cities on Flame With Rock and Roll, and their cover of Kick Out The Jams are amazing, just to name a few. If you haven't heard these songs make it a point to, if you want a good complitation get Workshop of the Telescopes, whitch features all the songs I mentioned (though individual albums are great too). In my opinion their Burning For You, and Don't Fear the Reaper days are much worse then their early days.

Yeah, well I don't know how much this will help since you said your probally not going to keep doing it, but doing it out of anything but a bong, joint, bowl, or anything else is really bad for you. When you poke holes in what your using, or the tin foil you used to make the bowl head, there are bits of metal that become loose. When you breath in you could take in these metal bits, and I don't need to explain why thats bad. There are people who have had to be taken to the hospital after using tin foil, or other single use, cheap homemade bowls.

Has anyone ever heard of a movie called something like Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas? I got high and watched it yesterday night with my friend and wow does this movies have alot of drugs in it. Its Pretty much Johnny Depp and Benico del Torres(I think) doing alot of different drugs while going and being in Las Vegas.

There's a thead about it in the Video Games and Movies section, and it looks like people generally like it. Maybe I'll check it out eventually.

Yeah I really wanna see that movie. Maybe I will rent it for tonight! I always watch movies on Sunday nights. I love Johnny Depp. I heard in the movie they just find like a huge amount of drugs or something, then just have a wild time with them.

So what did you think of marijuana, RockJunkie? I didn't get high the first time I smoked weed because I couldn't inhale it without coughing it all out right away. I suggest you try it a few more times, just so you realize the real benefits. I started smoking pot last summer, and since then my marks have actually gone up. I've always had decent marks (usually straight A's), but now I basically have just about all 90's now.

I have an album guide/book in my house and they gave Agents of Fortune 5/5. They said it was really deep lyrics and complicated music. I love Don't Fear the Reaper, so I've been wanting to get AoF for a while now. BOC is so diffrent from other metal bands, they were true originals.

benicio del toros. its based on a book written by hunter s thompson who recently died. depps character is thompson. its an excellent book, but ive heard some bad things from my parents about the movie.

Yeah so much mescaline, cocaine and acid in that movie. They they play Whit Rabbit while Benicio is lying the tub and they Johnny Depp whips Grapefruit at him.

I won't say anymore besides see this movie.

edit- I'm definitely renting that movie now, any movie that includes Johnny Depp doing cocaine is usually quite awesome. LSD and mescaline only sweetens the deal.

Where I live, an A is a 93, it seriously sucks. The 7 point grading scale is uber stupid, though I think I might be getting straight A's this MP for the first time since 5th grade. My Math teacher gave everbody 6 extra credit points, and dropped our 3 lowest grades. I brought me up 10 points. :D

That seriously sucks. We only need 80% to get an A, and our school is actually quite easy so it's not hard to get an A. It's a pretty slack school, I think they've like reformatted the curriculum for potheads.

Well my advise if you do it over the summer: 1) Use a bong/bowl, 2) sit back and enjoy it, don't wait to get high, the reason you might not have felt it is because you were thinking too much about it, just sit back and let it do its thing. 3) Be as carful as possible, and think of every possible way you could get caught before you do it, trust me getting caught sucks more then you know.

And yes the just raised passing to a 65 at my school it really killed some of my friends

And why is Blue Oyster Cult never talked about in here, they are really great, and are so much more then Burning For You (whitch I don't really like that much) or Don't Fear The Reaper (that one is really good though). People really underrate them outside of those songs, and lable them as a one hit wonder band. Just because they had one or two hits doesn't mean they arn't good, Jimi Hendrix is techincally a one hit wonder.

90 = A in my school, I had no idea it could be any other way

I still only get B's because I am in the hardest classes, which really sucks when people who take the easy classes get higher class ranks than those who take the harder classes. Bollocks.
