i can pretty much only handle some industrial metal

there is plenty of good industrial metal much of it is lame though and gives people the wrong impression about the genre which is why I sort of shun pursuing it

I was thinking Ministry was one of the few groups who actually took (at least partially) the subversive themes of the original first wave groups and made it legit in a modern context, stuff like this just scares the fuck out of me listening to in the dark with some headphones on

I wouldn't go so far to say it is a diverse genre but i'd listen to a few different bands before making up your mind

EBM is cheesy by nature, Front 242 has nothing on say, A Split Second though
