i watched 3 episodes of Das Boot the night before my German speaking exam. one of my mates listened to Rammstein for the whole evening. i passed that exam, he didn't. i wonder why :rolleyes:

some of the verb orders and stuff, if i remember rightly, are ridiculous though. but overall, it's not bad. a lot of words are pretty much the same in english.

Edit: Plus, I think everyone in our class is too stupid to read Stephen King. We have to read Christine in class (I finished it a week ago) and everyone else is still really far behind.

That was a really good movie. We hit the end just as the bell rang, so some people stayed after school just to finish the movie. The ending was rather depressing from what I saw.

^i'm not sure if i've seen the film, i probably have. but the series was good.

Yeah, what he said is a pretty good synopsis of Secret window, basically the character was created out of his own depression, and mental problems, and he changes his appearance and takes all the character's features and accent from the things that caused his problems... I haven't seen the film of it, so I don't know how much is changed.

Nope. I post in this thread and the CoB thread. But I also occasionally pop into other threads, like the black metal, death metal, or comp threads, as well as checking the CoF and CC threads when they're bumped like Ollie. I mostly just stick to those two though.

I did too, I just don't know exactly what IT is.

I just scouted out a house we are going to trespass around and possibly have a little, erm fun with. Its the biggest house in the neighborhood.Fences, gates, cameras...I hate it. We found a fence that has some barbs on the tops but no cameras near that we can get over.

Yeah, I know what you mean, one of the first metal bands I listened to, though, and one of the only ones I still do apart from SOAD, from my nu-metal period...I really like some stuff, and they were excellent live, but there is alot of mediocre stuff, that's why live is like a greatest hits set, and it's pretty cool.
