I understand that and Im glad she supports me, but I feel really bad when she starts pulling random bassist a side and talking smack about them =/ If some other kids mom started telling me her son was better Id feel pretty bad..especially if he wasnt..

I apologized to the guy and he let me play his Peavey. God that was sekkz.

And yes, some people may take offense, but nothing that can't be corrected if you just apologize on behalf of her. people usually understand a mother's stance.

Odd... I thought your profile was lying to me, but I suppose not. Did you graduate high school early too?

AlmightyPancake 10-18-2005 11:52 AM
Odd... I thought your profile was lying to me, but I suppose not. Did you graduate high school early too?
Aye. I skipped like, half of first grade.

Tryxx 10-18-2005 11:53 AM
Aye. I skipped like, half of first grade.
Oh... That's slightly inverse, I skipped my Junior year. I feel like I know you better now.

Jody LeCompte 10-18-2005 11:53 AM

I was suposed to skip 4th but didnt, and now I wish I had because I failed 9th :(

fatbandit 10-18-2005 11:55 AM

So...

www.warheaduk.co.uk > Bio's > Nicholas Wetherhill...

Does he strike you as not particularly hot to you?

He's who my girlfriend got rid of me for pretty much.

It makes me sad...

:upset:

:smash:

Chameleon 10-18-2005 11:55 AM

I'm distinctly average, I didn't get offered to skip any 'grades'.

How does that work for you guys anyway? What makes you eligible to skip grades and isn't it annoying to graduate younger than others?

AlmightyPancake 10-18-2005 11:57 AM
Oh... That's slightly inverse, I skipped my Junior year. I feel like I know you better now.
Well, I suppose it's just something that hasn't come up in after-sex pillow talk.

*shrug

And Joe, it does sort of suck in a way, but it's not too bad. Once you hit college, it doesn't much matter.

He totally owns you.

.....too far? :upset: Nah i'm sure she's a silly bitch anyway :D

fatbandit 10-18-2005 11:58 AM

I'd feel like a right odd one out skipping a grade and then being in a class with the older kids :/

Plus... I think it probably for a lot of kids (not all though) misses out some of their time as 'children' more? Less time to be immature in school?

:smash:

Tryxx 10-18-2005 11:58 AM

I wasn't offered, I had enough credits to just not bother with that year. All of my Jr. credits I had my Sophmore year. I doubled up my English and History classes my Senior year to get out early.

I'm 17... most of my classmates are 21-15. College is just like that, you get used to it.

Shy Ted 10-18-2005 12:13 PM

A mate of mine wants to see Bob Dylan but his dad saw him years ago and said he was crap live so he won't let him go.

A bit harsh really.

Bob Dylan = God.

Or possibly God's understudy, pink Floyd are God.

Actually i'm not religious.

Ignore this post. Although you see my point.
