That song is one of my fav. songs by them.

Hells yea! I saw slayer last night. they were totally bad!!! It was awesome!!! Their sound was great!!!

Sadly enough, every other band there kinda sucked. Probably cuz the venue was terrible. There was a wall of glass windows and so for everyone before slayer, sunlight was shining in the building and made for a ****ty show. Slayer was kick *** though. They put on an incredible show.

Mixed perfectly. Toms vox were killer. Kerry & Jeff were awesome. Dave was perfect.

If Slayer played the entire Show No Mercy album, along with a couple of choice tracks from the other albums [the usual favourites Raining blood, Mandatory suicide etc], then it would quite probably be one of the greatest gigs ever.

About Jihad... after like the first minute I think it's a rather cool song. Cult is okay, but Eyes of the Insane is horrid.

I've heard that. It's not too bad.

The drums sound much better than Dave's. He needs to get a better drum sound because his playing deserves to be heard. As I've mentioned a billion times, that performance of Angel of Death at Download 2005 is great but usually his kicks are too quiet.

This is also pretty amazing, the speed he gets to right at the end. :eek:

I saw Slayer about a week ago in Edmonton and they were unbelievable. The setlist owned, though I would have liked to have heard something off Divine Intervention. Oh well, at least they ignored Diabolus and God Hates (other than Disciple which is actually somewhat enjoyable live). This is the setlist they used for the entire tour:

Yeah, I hate Tom's vocals in that, they're almost annoying.

I have no problems with the vocals, and I don't hate the song, but it's just like, "okay..." and I'd rather see them play a better song like Haunting the Chapel or At Dawn They Sleep instead.

I'd really like to see Stain of mind live, Diabolous is the worst album ever by Slayer but that one song is serious quality! As for Mandatory suicide, i really really like that song. I think they have time for a few more at least, or just at dawn they sleep, or even the best song off Hell awaits " NECROPHILLIAC!!!"
