I dunno, it would have to compete with his own "Driving Down Highway 40."
Good point. That's another mind blowing song.

My favorite Brak is actually probably "Yeah Buddy".

Ornery Cephalopod 03-21-2005 11:33 PM

And now that I've become more familiar with it, I'm diggin' das Pixies' Doolittle more that I was initially.

I was thinking if it was possible to make a food-related pun on a band name there. Totally missed that one.

Iai 03-22-2005 06:01 PM

So I eventually had QOTSA for dinner.

Electrocution 03-22-2005 06:11 PM

There's this band on Leno now called the Doves. I saw their video on MTV2 but didn't catch the name; luckily their song is so catchy I remembered it.

Their singer is a left-handed bassist, so that makes him cool in my book.

br3ad_man 03-23-2005 12:17 AM

Joan of Arc are a cool band.

Today's breakfast was Soundgarden's Superunknown, and lunch was Mansun's Six.

Which I just reviewed on Sputnik.

*cough*

Right now I've got my mp3 player on random, shooting some ideas at me. I think I'll probably listen to some albums on my RYM list that haven't got ratings yet. That's the one most useful thing about that site - it's a great reference for finding albums in your collection that you haven't given enough time to yet.
