Supermods have been perma banned before now.

Postcount, age and rank don't make you immune to anything, though they do make it harder to get banned as much.

Someone making a serious racist remark on their 3rd post is likely to get a permanent. A respected user won't, they'll just get a warning. But if they continue, they'll still get it.
