I went to the doctor less than two years ago and got a bunch of kidney/bladder tests

They said I was okay but I have a little bit of bile in my urine.

I do gurgles the same way as I did inward, just with my tongue to the roof of my mouth and breathing outward. It works pretty well, I'm still not very good at transitioning that from regular growls and highs, but I think I can get there.
