a depressant is a substance that slows down one's nervous system

the two things are completely unrelated

furthermore i've been off of zoloft for a bit over two months, and, as it turns out, i'm fine without zoloft, not depressed remotely

furthermore, drinking two nights a week doesn't constitute substance abuse
