Wintermute 11-23-2004 02:17 PM

Hehe, twas a joke.

So far I've given rep a grand total of twice. Both of which were richly deserved.

ShelBel 11-23-2004 02:18 PM

I know, everything is as it SHOULD be, but its not working! *headdesk*

LOL @ the murderous thread! Gimme a shovel, I'll bean the parties responsible...

Wintermute 11-23-2004 02:18 PM

*gives shovel*

Spaceman Spiff 11-23-2004 02:20 PM

i've only handed out rep points once, maybe twice.

Wintermute 11-23-2004 02:20 PM

The idea was that they'd hide my body in a place no one would ever look...

YO YO YO MX!!!

31st page post... not bad

ShelBel 11-23-2004 02:25 PM

Totally OT... I'm at the Commons, there's a wall of TVs over to my left... I look over and what's playing on one of them?

Mel Brooks' "History of the World Part I".

It's the eunuch scene. "You must give him time- he's just been snipped!" I see Empress Nympho say.... *falls out of chair laughing*

Espbassor 11-23-2004 02:25 PM
Totally OT...
how can you be OT in the general thread?

Left Shoe 11-23-2004 02:27 PM

what is OT

Espbassor 11-23-2004 02:27 PM

Off Topic

ShelBel 11-23-2004 02:28 PM

Well, we were talking about PCs, and then Wintermute's murder... I guess the thread is sort of wandering all over, isn't it?

@ Left Shoe- OT = Off Topic...

Espbassor 11-23-2004 02:29 PM

That would be the general thread for you :p

FUNKNBASS 11-23-2004 02:29 PM

Hey everyone.

Spaceman Spiff 11-23-2004 02:30 PM

tomorrow in my computer class i need to finish (and start) creating an animation which i decided to call Lucid Dreaming because it has to tie in with a website i created in the class about a tv show/movie, and i chose the movie Waking Life. my animation is about some guy who just experiences the different aspects of lucid dreaming.
so anyone who has seen Waking Life will know what the hell i'm talking about....or anyone who knows what lucid dreaming is.

Espbassor 11-23-2004 02:31 PM

..or anyone whose seen Vanilla Sky :thumb:

Left Shoe 11-23-2004 02:31 PM

npe but it sounds dirty

Spaceman Spiff 11-23-2004 02:36 PM
..or anyone whose seen Vanilla Sky :thumb:
i've never seen Vanilla Sky...it didn't look very interesting so i never saw it.

Espbassor 11-23-2004 02:38 PM
i've never seen Vanilla Sky...it didn't look very interesting so i never saw it.
I didn't think I'd like it at first, and to be honest it was a pretty big chick flick during the first half it seems...but that second half just makes you go OMGWTF x100

FUNKNBASS 11-23-2004 02:38 PM

YEah I got that feeling of Vanilla Sky also.

Espbassor 11-23-2004 02:39 PM

It's a good movie, I think one of my favs, just a bit slow to start out :thumb:

FUNKNBASS 11-23-2004 02:42 PM

I liked it also, just go and rent it.

Spaceman Spiff 11-23-2004 02:43 PM

if you haven't seen it, you should rent Waking Life.
it's about this guy who is in a lucid dream (omgz0rzwtf?!) for the entire movie and meets many different people who talks to about life, death, dreaming, oother philosophical type stuff, and in general, human existance.
it's really interesting.

FUNKNBASS 11-23-2004 02:45 PM

I'll check it out Space.

Left Shoe 11-23-2004 02:49 PM

neal_672 11-23-2004 02:56 PM

moxshyfter 11-23-2004 02:56 PM

PaulSimonon 11-23-2004 02:58 PM

bassist-bmxer 11-23-2004 02:59 PM
