Meh, I'd rather get a good one first than spend money on a crap one like I'm going to have to do with guitar.

Save me money in the long run I think.

I don't really like people right now.

If I were to commit my life to playing bass in a band or something, then I'd buy an expensive guitar.

If I end up making a decent amount of money, but have a different job, then it's a possibility.

If I'm poor, no way am I buying a $1600 bass.

I plan on buying a maybe £400 bass, and maybe a £100 amp.

I've messed around with them quite a bit. I love the sound it makes, and atm it seems more fun than guitar. If I end up not liking it(which I highly doubt), then I'd have a bass to fool around with when I'm bored. :)

Get an electronic drumset.

I've got 2 guys that I know, that are insane bassists. It's not even funny. One can play ANYTHING you throw at him and the other can make up AWESOME slap riffs right on the spot. They're both awesome guys and insane bassists.

I've got a crap Strat Squier which is pretty much worthless since it's all banged up and scratched and stuff, and an old classical which I probably couldn't sell since it's mi madre's.

I also want an acoustic/electric. Those things are nice.
