Seriously digging Animal Collective now. I should've checked these guys out long ago. Instead I waited until a pretty girl recommended them to me. I'm glad I finally took the time to listen.

I didn't find that one yet, but I found like 4 others. A description of their first albums sounded really cool because it mentioned a lot more shoegaze-type stuff. I'm gonna go chronologically I guess.

niobium 01-03-2009 04:41 AM

in the car

flying lotus - reset, la
quasimoto - the unseen

headphones

leonard cohen - songs of leonard cohen
the 90 day men - to everybody
drive like jehu - yank crime

Iai 01-03-2009 06:53 AM

Shpongle
Tori Amos
Morphine
Kraftwerk
The Replacements

I basically made a playlist just to try and kick The Beatles out of my top listened artists on Last.fm since I never listen to them anymore and ended up digging really hard on a load of stuff I haven't heard in ages.

I tend to get tired of their music pretty quickly.

I'm getting back into Mountain Goats Tallahassee and Sunset Tree both. I need something to counter all the misery caused by Everybodyfields.
