Milk is awesome but lactose intolerance is the natural way to be. Physiologically speaking there is no reason for adult mammals to still drink milk, and so our body naturally loses the ability to deal with the lactose in milk. That's why I get the Jimmy Brits when I drink 1L of Ice Break: REAL COFFEE ICE COLD.
