12 more days till I see Slayer. I'm stoked.

I saw Slayer a couple days ago. Just an amazing show, the support was great and Slayer owned the crowd. I would say the show stopper was War Ensemble.. my neck still hurts. King/Hanneman's guitar cabs were set up as a giant inverted cross.

I saw Slayer last night. It was awesome.. even though I was thrown around pretty much the entire time and some guy thought it was appropriate to randomly pick me up and throw me in the air resulting in me crowd surfing during Slayer. My neck still hurts too.

saw them a week and a bit ago, SOOOOOOOOO good, the stage set up is pretty cheesey though

like the amps were set up like inverted crosses behind everything, i found it quite cheesey

I personally can't wait to see the inverted crosses, 666's and pentagrams. I remember last time I saw them, when they played the intro to South of Heaven, the whole room turned black, and was lit up by inverted crosses everywhere.

Going to see Slayer w/ LoG, etc. in a few weeks...can't wait.

Yea I'm pretty stoked to see Slayer. Tomorrow night is the night and I'm going to be sure to leave with a light head and sore neck.

And I actually don't mind CoB... They would be better if they cut the keyboads some but Alexi is a pretty ****ing amazing guitarist

I was supposed to see them, but Tom's surgery screwed up the dates and they didn't reschedule those two or so dates that they were going to play before the Unholy Alliance Tour. Plus I think the tickets sold out anyway. That's okay though I guess. I saw them two years ago anyway.

I think so, I dont know if they do it at all their shows though.

Even when they were doing it on that tour last year, or whenever, it would only be done at venues big enough.

You can always count on Slayer to pull some stunt or the other.
But nothing beats Gwar shows

Hopefully I get to see Gwar in a few weeks at Sounds of the Underground. I just want to see them and Cannibal Corpse. I hate the rest of that crap there.

Gwar have easily the best live show in existence. There's nothing more satisfying than being drenched in blood and sperm while watching the beheading of George Bush. :p

Ive seen them live and their show was simply amazing. You're in for a treat. Arent Behemoth playing SOTU there? The European line up of SOTU sucks balls though, its even worse than the American line up if i recall correctly.

I heard a new slayer song on the metal channel. Lyrics go "Religion is hate, religion is rape", something like that. Anyway, I'm not very impressed by the song but it might grow on me like alot of music does.

I'm going to the one here in SD on the 28th. After seeing GWAR back in November, I have decided I need to see them as many times as I can. But I also want to see Cannibal and Behemoth.

Man, when I saw them, they killed Sharon Osbourne, The Pope, Micheal Jackson and the President. I was front row, my clothes were ruined, and my hair stained pink for a week.

That one is called Cult. I only like the drumming in that song.
