I feel empty. I let my friend borrow Powerslave and my cd collection isnt the same without it.
and you should be rewarded

i really hope they do atleast include it!

question:¨
What do you guys think are pretty shure songs they will play on the new tour?

I think Hallowed Be thy name, Iron Maiden, phantom of the opera, the Trooper, Run To the Hills, the number of the beast and Prowler are pretty important stuff for them to play.. after all Prowler was the Song who started everything.. (i think it was that one who was the most played one on Radio and by Metal D.J's around 79 - 80....

Thunder Fingers 11-17-2004 08:41 AM
they should re-record "Iron Maiden" with all 3 guitarists and a better production quality
No... They should remaster them properly though.. i think Piece of mind is the album with the worst sound quality.. no matter what steve says, piece of mind have worse quality than Iron Maiden.. me for once, I love the Sound of Iron Maiden.

but they should not rerecord them, that would remove Paul, Clive and Dennis from the first 3 albums.. you got live albums if you want to hear them with 3 guitars...

Lord Abortion 11-17-2004 08:42 AM

yeah, neal kay at the sound house (in London) played it on the demo tape (the soundhouse tapes and got the band recognition starting the band off
that was the tape that Rod smallwood heard and took the band on on the strength of
Invasion, Prowler, Iron Maiden and strange world

wow, that must be pretty annoying

ashman 11-17-2004 12:16 PM

That's really bad Eddie. All the music shops near where I live sell it for like £5. So I got, I'm upto the bit about the soundhouse tapes. It's a good book.

Is it me, or is the worst thing on the Early days DVD, that 20th century box thing about air/cardboard guitars...I hate that stupid theme tune to it...makes me so angry

I had this crazy dream a few days ago it was weird. It was set before the first album was released, and they were looking for a new guitarist, so they could have 2 guitars. Anyway in my dream, I auditioned, and get ragged to hell 'cos I couldn't play Iron Maiden.. :upset:
