Voltaire > Most else.

Cil 10-16-2005 09:55 PM

Tommorow, I'm going to undermine my school's administration. I'm going to reveal their direct, and blatant violation of the Exon amendment, and their violation of state law to keep a custodian of records for people (expelled.)

They arrested me for something I said on a willingly participatable internet forum, and that is a violation. A huge one. The police also changed the information, altered evidence.

I have a case. I have a huge case. If I win, I'm looking at the destruction of the entire northern wisconsin department of public instruction.

Good Talk MX.

Im going to bed however. Early mourning.

:chug: Cheers.
Every human is capable of murder. 90% of the time, murder is necessary. Locking people away? They're not a danger to society.

The columbine kids. You want to know who the danger to society is? Those pricks who threw glass at them every day. The "innocent bystanders" who consistantly demean and for no reason other than self appeasement torture these people. THEY are the danger. THEY are the ones to lock away.
I put up with a lot of that in the first high school I went to...I didn't have ANY friends, no girls liked me, I was a complete and total outcast who got beat up and made fun of. I also had a roomful of guns sitting around upstairs, and plenty of ammo.

SELF CONTROL.

I do agree with you about punishment for those who prey on people for amusement, though.

they gonna appoint someone else to be mod?
I've spoken to many convicts, actually. It's moving, really. They aren't mindless sick, and depraved killers. They're human beings...they're being tortured on a daily basis for experiancing and acting out a human condition-the will to kill.

They don't want to "get out." Most of the murderers I've spoken to just want somebody to know they're not horrible people.
Acting upon the will to kill, what you call a natural human condition, is absolutely wrong. You seem to be attempting to justify this, and it isnt something to be justified.

Yes, they are as much human as anyone is, but they have done something wrong and now they are paying for it. They made the decision. I cant say I wouldnt rather die than spend life in prison, and that is why I dont plan on killing anybody.

Cil 10-16-2005 09:57 PM

Well, at least that's what I hope it brings about.

My parents don't support me in the slightest. ...Funny.

No offense, but you're a little big to be beaten up. I can't really picture that happening, social distance sure, but I can't see you really being physically hurt.

You are ignorant to many facts. Every person is born with a will to kill. That will is satisfied by our grotesque amount of goods, though.

It's in the outer layer of our brain, which is controlled by our "crocodile brain." In the third layer of the cerebral cortex, lies the will to kill if necessary. Which research has proven, 90% of murder is necessary.

Some excersize control, yes. In fact, most do. But locking people away for one mistake, one lack of judgement?

In no way am I speaking for all murderers-but from your statement, you obviously know NOTHING of the american prison system, or the people serving time for murder. Not to mention the fact you're ignorant to the basic structure of the human brain.

I've seen the results of prayer...like 3 members of my family surviving cancer, my parents getting back together after I'd never met my Dad and then winning a $100,000 court case which we used to buy this house, our truck, and the computer I'm using right now...and then, all of a sudden, I'm not the outcast I used to be. People like me now. (see previous post)

I also had a kind of...experience...that you can choose to believe or not believe. I'll tell you about it if you want to hear it, and I swear it's the truth, but it's not easy to believe if it didn't happen to you.

The bolded statemens make you seem completely stupid. Murder is NEVER necessary. if someone commits murder it is fair to label that person a danger to society.

Regarding Columbine, yes it was wrong to turture kids like that. Of course that is wrong. It does not, however, permit excuse for what the shooters did. They should have dealt with it otherwise.

When LR left again , Gav was moded.

And I believe MadThumbs said , he didn't want to be Mod anymore.

Atleast.. this is what Alex told me

I am going to rely on the support and help of my newspaper advisor, several english professors/teachers, and other adult friends.

Hopefully, it will give me enough backing to get an appeal of my case from a District Attorney.

Alright, my friend. The next time somebody attacks you, you accidentally kill them in self defense, and are locked away for years because of it-we'll see how you sing.

If you honestly...truely believe "prayer" did all those things, you are a sad, pathetic excuse for a free-thinking individual.

You need to see me without the hair...I used to be this goofy little fat kid in a Star Wars shirt. I changed, radically, and I think I owe that to answered prayer.
