omg the clean build-up in sixteen bit, then it just explodes. song is seriously godly

beans 09-07-2008 09:20 PM

dreaming in dog years, isnt that the one that starts out with jazz or something?

Tyler 09-07-2008 09:22 PM

no.

Thor 09-07-2008 09:23 PM

it's not jazz, just a goofy little drum beat

:\

Tyler 09-07-2008 09:26 PM

So I worked Journey Friday night and couldnt get over how ridiculously solid their new singer is. I mean he's this young Filipino dude but he sounded identical to Steve Perry. Now I'm watching stuff on youtube and he also does a spot on impression of, well, pretty much everyone. Scott Weiland, Steven Tyler, Kurt Cobain, Bon Jovi, Jim Morrison. It's pretty absurd.

it's so simple but it works so well. i heard that they were opening shows with that for a while. a very interesting choice but that would work so well.

TojesDolan 09-07-2008 09:42 PM

it's surprisingly good so far, angmar
