I feel fine. :)
Besides, if I have to look good to feel good I'll kill myself now for being that shallow :p
haha, when I was posting that I was thinking, "Watch, now he'll say something like 'I can feel gud without looking gud cos Im not shallow hurr'" |
I was 88_Fingers_Joe. I didn't used to post in here much, but you guys are the most friendly on the forum heh.
|
Beiang shallow is where it's at.
|
For some reason, that reminds me of Barry Manilow.
Who I havent listened to in quite a while
/never heard anything by him
I was 88_Fingers_Joe. I didn't used to post in here much, but you guys are the most friendly on the forum heh.
Cheers, dude. Any fan of Bridge To Solace is welcome in my book. Don't talk about pop-punk in this thread, though. It's forbidden. |
Ok, i will take that into account. Do you like Break The Silence?
|
Haha, I'm such a fraud. I don't know anything about any of the bands that get talked about here anymore.
|
/never heard anything by him
Oh my darling I can't get enough of your love, baby |
haha, when I was posting that I was thinking, "Watch, now he'll say something like 'I can feel gud without looking gud cos Im not shallow hurr'"
<3 u2babi Almost everyone else: Fuck you. (by almost everyone I mostly mean Jon and Adam, by fuck I mean neg rep for you) :) |
Haha, I'm such a fraud. I don't know anything about any of the bands that get talked about here anymore.
No one does. I think Kif and I are the most into the actual genre here :-\ |
Oh my darling I
can't get enough of your love, baby
That would be Barry White  |
Did you get your stars through cheating and mod moral decrepency too?
Hey, we are just into harder Pop-Punk. By that i mean Melodic Hardcore. |
Ok, i will take that into account. Do you like Break The Silence?
I bought (One of the three albums I actually own) their album after I saw them live at warped last year. I haven't listened to it yet :p Uber good? |
No one does. I think Kif and I are the most into the actual genre here :-\
I love the genre. I'm just not smart when it comes to music, so I don't post too much when actual conversation surfaces :D |
It is pretty good, but it has one REALLY WEAK TRACK. It really annoys me, it just sounds like a Blink 182 rip of, but the other are awesome. Obvious 88 Fingers Louie influence from Dan on guitar :p
|
That would be Barry White
Oh god all of my musical credibility has just crumbled in front of me. /ahem Her name was Lola, she was a showgirl... |
I knew this would happen. Vince, don't lie, I know you will send Gaby that poem I wrote and claim you wrote it. I really think I should be rep++ for trying to help out a fellow intranets user.
|
Oh god all of my musical credibility has just crumbled in front of me.
/ahem Her name was Lola, she was a showgirl...
Bingo |
I think im probably the person who knows most about Death and Black metal who posts in this thread. Making me feel cool.
|
Did you get your stars through cheating and mod moral decrepency too?
Hey, we are just into harder Pop-Punk. By that i mean Melodic Hardcore.
Yes. Where yes means no. Because I do so much shit for this site, and that's what I was repped for. A lot of kids here are into bad hardcore and metalcore. |
I love the genre. I'm just not smart when it comes to music, so I don't post too much when actual conversation surfaces :D
oic *shrug* Adam: Nay Joe: Probably more than me, but not by that much I don't think. |
Did you get your stars through cheating and mod moral decrepency too?
Yes. Yes I did. Also because my hair wasn't too long, hurr. I think also I don't like talking about music so much anymore. You can't really do it justice in words so now I just say "I like it!" or "I'll have to listen to it again later." |
Hey, we are just into harder Pop-Punk. By that i mean Melodic Hardcore.
There's a fair bit of discussion of metalcore (metal-with-breakdowns and real metalcore), and chaotic bands. A Wilhelm Screams creates grapeftruit sized semen stains on my pants, by the way (since you said Melodic Hardcore) |
/throws weight around for no reason as an annoyance

/waits for Vince to disagree
You were late (and wrong) by about 5 posts. |
Nope, i very much doubt its by that much. I know more about the Borknagar/Arcturs/Vintersorg thing that most though, but in the end Bobo taught me all i know. I'm really into Folk Black though heh.
Also, i do loads of work for the site that just goes unoticed, which is annoying. I set of the anime thing we have going in Movies + Video Games, and i help noobs in more underground metal, but nowadays you need to have a popular series of band threads to get worshipped, which i gave up on around 5 months ago. /Is bitter. |
I think im probably the person who knows most about Death and Black metal who posts in this thread. Making me feel cool.
Both genres annoy me. I greatly enjoy Arsis though...that's deathy-y enough. The vocals in death metal turn me off too much. Devil screaming is great, and frog screaming can be occaissonaly nice, but I need range in my screamers. Wings of Scarlet, or Conducting From The Grave kinda vocals. I like some Dimmu Borgir songs, but most black metal is boring to me. I like my heavy music with breakdowns, generally. |
/slapped in face with man-boob
Oh dear. Another thing that's a bit rough for me in this thread is that there is a Jon, and I am a Jom. :(. Of course, Jon was here first. I just visit sporadically and write articles here. |
You were late (and wrong) by about 5 posts.
Fack, I'm bad at this. |
I think im probably the person who knows most about Death and Black metal who posts in this thread. Making me feel cool.
Grind>Death and Black Metal I know a bit about Death Metal but the music isn't really my type of music. I would prefer my classical/jazz/80s hardcore thankyou very much. |

A Wilhelm Screams creates grapeftruit sized semen stains on my pants, by the way (since you said Melodic Hardcore)
I was just going to download some Wilhelm Scream, because I've heard so much about them but never heard one of their songs. |
Jon: I'm seeing Strung Out and AWS in like a month :D
From what I've heard from Strung Out, they are really cool. Uber talented. Do you have their stuff? I think I shall rape you of it. |

Me and ShadowsFallen are the biggest Arsis whores on the site, we constantly whore them to everyone heh. I must've made at least 5 threads on them in R+M. But yes, i don't like cookie monster Death vocals, but i love screams. And Black Metal is very much an aqquired taste. |
Grind>Death and Black Metal
I know a bit about Death Metal but the music isn't really my type of music. I would prefer my classical/jazz/80s hardcore thankyou very much.
But thats because your into Hardcore, and Grindcore has alot more to do with Hardcore Punk than Metal, IMO. |
Yeah that Strung Out show should be fun, they're crazy!
I'm seeing Arcade Fire next week. I had originally bought the tickets for my girlfriend and myself but then we broke up and I kept them even though she wanted to buy them from me. She was sooooo mad! |
Nope, i very much doubt its by that much. I know more about the Borknagar/Arcturs/Vintersorg thing that most though, but in the end Bobo taught me all i know. I'm really into Folk Black though heh.

I have a series thread :p Joel: Yes you are. Bitch. Kev: Check em out. Jon: I would but you made a gay poem. |
What an interestingly evil life you lead.
Grind>Death and Black Metal
I know a bit about Death Metal but the music isn't really my type of music. I would prefer my classical/jazz/80s hardcore thankyou very much.
Napalm Death bores the hell out of me. White Belt Grind (Which is a label for bands that people who thing chaotic = grind call grindcore) like the Great Redneck Hope and Genghis Tron and stuff are real groovy. |
Can anyone send me an album or just a few songs by Wilhelm Scream? Soulseek everything's in queue, and I don't feel like waiting.
