I'm browsing through my vast collection and listening to all the old demos I've downloaded. There are definitely some gems.

i just read the last 3 pages.... haven't been here for a long time.

recording: i just wanted to record some songs i've learnt, but with a headset microphone it sounds so awful and i still have made some mistakes. i always get nervous when i plug in my mic.

samer here. i have no interest in buying albums like massacre's from beyond when its not that commercially available and i can just d/l.

Sure I do. I can't afford to pay upwards of 30 dollars for every limited print album I enjoy, nor can I afford to import them. I buy what I can, I said that.

Not really. The stuff you're downloading has been bought, and is now being shared. It's no worse than if somebody burned you a cd or gave you a tape the recorded for you.

Truth nigga, but some of the songs are cool... Like Fire and Outnumbering The Day... and that's it.

The vocal work that Akerfeldt and Tagtgren did is really good though.

I wouldn't call you names Jondur, I just can't afford to buy music very often. I do when I can; I don't feel bad about this.

Maybe it's accessible, but Resurrection Through Carnage is terrific.

Same. But I still don't see downloading as stealing, it literally is sharing.

Tagtgren is my favorite metal vocalist.
And Eaten is a classic.

demilich is good, but they get kind of boring through the course of a whole album. i like the vocals though.
