Anywho, i just watched 'angel of death' download '05. My god, i'm really imperessed with Tom's vocals. Anyone else think they're better?

I'm thinking about calling my local radio station and telling them that on 6/6/06 they need to play Slayer all day. If they can play Metallica all day for X-mas, they sure as hell can do an all Slayer day. Though, I seriously doubt they would even take into consideration. Seeing as the radio needs to constantly play their A7x and Trivium every 10 minutes.

I thought they sounded pretty much like they always do, which is good.

The intro scream was funny though, it was just "aahgh", eh fu[size=2]c[/size]k it, then he smiles. :)

Yeah lol, but we all know he can't do that anymore...aprt from that it was very high Tom standard.

I've heard people saying bad things about his "new" voice but I still haven't heard it.

His voice on GHUA was terrible IMO.

Yeah it was pretty bad.

I don't know if they ran vocal affects through it, but I'm guessing they did. His voice sounded so distorted it was terrible.

That whole album is terrible. I hope they redeem themselves with this new one, but it's very unlikely that they will

I like GHUA, Disciple, Payback, Exile are all really good imo. I can't remember all the others.

I agree it's not the best, but Payback is my all time favorite Slayer song.

Hey, that's not nessessary. :(

But yeah I do like those songs, but I'm not saying Angel of Death, War Ensemble etc etc aren't good, but since you're all talking about it I thought I'd let you all know I like a few off of it. Also, the production makes it sound better than Show No Mercy, and I do like the heaviness from the tuned down guitars too.

The lyrics don't really concern me as much as the music.

It's really annoying that Slayer fans don't like GHUA. Disciple, new faith, here comes the pain, Payback are amazing songs. His vocals suit it, but i gotta admit the overuse of 'f[SIZE="2"]u[/SIZE]ck' does annoy me.
