decided on my 2012 workout plan today

Monday through Friday: 45 minute bike ride before bed, if it's nasty outside use the exercise bike.
Saturday: Three laps around neighborhood, weather permitting. If it's unsuitable weather outside, one hour on exercise bike.
Sunday: 90 minutes in sauna at local gym.

wouldn't it make more sense to do a heavier workout (three laps? seriously?) on a more spread out schedule? monday - weds - fri - sauna on sunday?

I'm from a pretty shitty town, I mean, I live in a nice area outside of it, but I've always been involved in sports and music in town, and a lot of the time people have made threats about shooting, it's been fabricated shit from bitch niggas who are afraid to fight.

Hopefully it's the same for you, but in my experience, it's been a good idea to just be as agreeable and nonconfrontational as possible.

Yeah I usually get along with people pretty good. Not really sure what this guys problem is but I guess fist fights are out of the question.
