i got like a tiny buzz last night and apparently i'm severely hungover :o i doubt it's related to the beer but eh

sometimes i drink like 4 beers and get a mad hangover. its probably more dehydration or lack of sleep than a real hangover

actually that might be it. i haven't slept much this week and haven't had much water.

rehydrating after a boozing session is important.
As is a good breakfast afteewards.

Something really fatty, or yoghurt with lots of fruit works the best trick I guess. :)
