You really can't go wrong with Opeth. If I were to recommend albums you defenitely should check out, they would be Orchid, Blackwater Park, Morningrise, and My Arms, Your Hearse. All great albums. |
Could someone recommend some bands similar to Emperor, Arcturus, and Soleflad? I think it would considered Symphonic Black Metal. Also, what is the best Soleflad album? Thanks
I don't know if it's a typo or not, but it's SOLEFALD. anyways: if you want real Sympho Black Solefald try: Pills Against The Ageless Ills. you can also try the new album: Red For Fire, it's more a vkingblack approach. if you like the bands you mentioned check out: Lunar Aurora ( as mentioned before) Aberrant Vascular, Fleurety.. enjoy! |

Okay, I'm on a quest. I am looking for the most BRUTAL and CRAZY Hardcore/metal music that has been produced. Something kinda along the lines of Norma Jean and Dillinger Escape Plan. I'm talking the most "I'm going to light a church on fire!" heavy breakdowns. Something that'll make me go "" when I hear its heaviness. Any band/song sugesstions guys?
|
Anybody^?
|
How about some real heavy metalcore/nu-metal bands that actually sing and aren't all about screaming vocals?

Just get Demons & Wizards' self-titled album and be very happy. |
