that's about Blessed.

Luc may be grossly exaggerating but Blessed really is noticeably worse than Altars. Doesn't hit me as hard and some of the riffs are really terrible and irritating.

That being said I still like it.

altars is an all time classic

I love Domination, sludgey death metal awesomeness. I like all other MA albums for different reasons though. Altars is my all time favourite. I also really like Gateways, and think its a very underrated album. Killer riffs on that one.

I still really like this Criterion album. Anytime a song comes on shuffle I feel compelled to put it on front to back.

i like their newer one more prolly more because of the overall sound is more concrete, but then again i really havent listened to their older one that much.

yea after listening to the new one, the older one's guitar tone is just more noticeably weaker. both albums rule though.
