Exactly. When I was 13, all I listened to was, like, the Beatles, Johnny Cash, and maybe the Presidents. I dunno, I really can't remember. I've blocked out most of those awful four years.

I Love buddy holly so much, Iv done like 3-4 school projects on him.

me too, but only cause my father was listening to it and i had no choice but listen to it too...so I grew up listening to the beach boys, and when I started high school, the other kids thought I was weird and that the beach boys and johnny cash were gay.

When I was a little kid I was chillin to the sweet sounds of the Backstreet Boys and twwangy country my mom put on when she cleaned the house.

I loved kiss when I was about 5-10.

My dad listens to Emmylou Harris and Lucinda Williams all day, as well as the Pioneers. It gets annoying after the 73289571305th time he plays each song.

I was raised on, because of my dad, Hank Williams, the Stones, Johnny Cash, Blondie, Dylan, the Talking Heads, etc...I think it all makes sense in the long run.
