Tyr 09-04-2008 03:55 PM

I'd like to see a lyrebird and a kookaburra in their natural habitats.

AA-12 09-04-2008 03:59 PM

I remember Jason telling me about dropbears and me, being the patriotic all american that I am, shitting myself.

Riva 09-04-2008 03:59 PM

I can help you with the kookaburras. Lyrebirds are harder to spot.

Also, when you visit we can conquer your fear of spiders by immersing you in a tank of 100 redbacks.

Lyrebirds are awesome, mostly because of their ability to mimic sounds. Though I read somewhere that they aren't that abundant anymore.

I have no idea how a redback looks, how big it is or if it is dangerous, and I'm not about to google it either.
its like a black widow on juice
I don't really know how big black widows are, either, though I think I've read that they are pretty small. I mean, at least they aren't tarantula big.
ugh thank god we're on the next page
I'm still on the same page, and I'm not happy about it.

Correction 09-04-2008 04:31 PM

spiders have never really bothered me for some reason.

Tyr 09-04-2008 04:33 PM

Spiders, heights and deep water are my greatest fears.

gmoneyguy 09-04-2008 04:35 PM

black widows are much smaller, but they still have the red hour glass on their back.
