yeah kinda fell back into old ways for a month or two but ive been clean since christmas, havent even gone out to drink or anything. actually doing better than ever in the gym and at the track the past week since i cleaned up. i got a pretty self destructive personality and if i stagnate in the same situation for long i have to go out and be all destructive for a little while and then i get my head back on my shoulders and start focusing even harder than before said destructive period.
