I skipped on monday, tuesday morning, wednesday morning, and today I had my sinuses x rayed...like most weeks, one or two days is sufficient for me to pass my classes. So my suggestion is don't go. Or, throw yourself down the stairs, and don't go.

****ing a, i missed the 1000 page? I called the first post on it too.

Anyway, yesterday i took off my second mounted tom and moved my ride in like a jazz setup. Didn't really like it that much because i didn't spend the time to set it up how i really would have liked to because it wouldn't have been the same when i moved it back. It would have taken too much time anyway. I did like the creative fills because you can't do any tom rolls with two toms.

And, my double bass has really sucked lately. I used to be ten times better, but now i'm really off time and uneven. And i can't go for very long at all. It might be because i was doing some of these:

So i got used to doing doubles on the bass. I also did these a lot:

Would that affect how even the bass hits would be and effect my speed?

And another thing, anybody heard of lugs on the snare drum getting loose due to rimshots? I got a Pork Pie Piglite Clear Acryllic snare drum, and the two lugs where i hit rim shots on always come loose. The screws are so loose that i can move them with my fingers... So I spun the whole drum in the basket and the lugs where i do rimshots are coming loose. The drum sounds basically the same though. I checked it with the drum dial and it reads the same whether i leave it like that or if i tighten it back...

Any ideas?
