Yeah. Well, apparently, Paul was much more talkative and playful then John.
Lennon had his funny moments though.

Let It Be ...Naked is the just the straight studio recordings. It doesn't have the orchestra(sp?) like the original version had.

metal_milita 11-30-2004 08:06 PM

one of my favorite songs is "octupuses garden", go ringo. either that or "i want you (shes so heavy)"

but the coolest sounding song by george harrison has got to be "please don't be long" or something like that. its awsome.

Woodstock 11-30-2004 08:46 PM

Oh no, my birthday is the day after George's death anniversary. I didn't even like the Beatles when he died so I didn't really care. I was an idiot.

Another thing I missed out on was Neil Young on Conan O'Brien.

Goerge Harrison wrote much better songs than that. What about Something or Here Comes the Sun?

gmoneyguy 12-01-2004 03:24 PM

Or While My Guitar Gently Weeps

DeusExMachina 12-01-2004 05:17 PM

Yeah, I love Harrison's songs. On a slightly different note, does anyone else think Blackbird is really underrated? Quite possibly the best song on The White Album, in my opinion. Although Julia is really good too.

No, I dont think Blackbird is underrated at all, quite the opposite. Julia is meh to me, sometimes I like it though.
