I'm just finally getting into Pink Moon.

Wow...Very amazing album, but makes you feel not so great afterwards :upset:

Anyway, discuss how amazing this man was.

Wow I sent you Pink Moon so long ago. I guess it just took you a little long to get into it.

Yeah, I've heard/own Pink Moon and Fives Leaves Left both of which are great albums. I also tend to lean more to Pink Moon though.

I'm getting Bryter Layter for Christmas too. :D

Wonderful musician.

Pink Moon is a spectacular piece of music. Short and sweet, mot to mention innovative. I think my favorite song on there is From the Morning. It's the happiest and most uplifting song, and has a wonderful melody.

I just listened to Pink Moon in the car on the way back home. Made surprisingly good sitting-in-a-traffic-jam-caused-by-an-upside-down-car-in-the-early-evening music.

Ya', Nick Drake was brilliant. For such a short album, Pink Moon really makes an impact.

Five Leaves Left is very good as well. I think he had another album, but i havne't heard it.

I love Pink Moon. It makes for some really good easy-listening. My favorite song on there would have to be Place to be....very soothing.

I like Fives Leaves Left and Bryter Layter much more than Pink Moon. The orchestral arrangements are stunning on both of those, and Bryter Layter has great jazz influences.

The man is stunning, all his albums are incredible and it's a damn shame he had to die. Everytime I listen to him, I can't but help feel that he's a doomed man.

That subtle progression to the chorus on "Parasite" gives me goosebumps everytime.
