Double Gainer was formed through the current struggle of isolation and learning to be alone. Made up of members of various CT based bands – Posture & the Grizzly, The Most, Tri State Era, and more – this project was originally just a cathartic release between friends. As the music came together, the band took shape and grew into something much more than an isolation project. Such Is Life blends early-aughts songwriting, soaring vocals, and distortion-drenched guitars to create a catchy, heart-wrenching sound all their own.
