Sid is a popular visual kei band. Formed in 2003, the group would quickly take control of the visual underground, and, by 2006, Sid became one of the most visable visual kei bands in both the mainstream and underground scenes. In 2008, Sid signed to the major label of Ki/oon Music, and have been regularly breaking the Oricon top 10 ever since. They are now widely considered to be one of the most popular and recognized visual kei bands in the mainstream circuit.
