4.0 excellent | Dmax28 | March 10th 20 | I've been needing something to thoroughly open my third eye. Thank you Aronious. It's
essentially a single hour long tech death epic and its glorious. The tracks flow into each
other, some with transitions smooth enough you likely won't catch them. The fade out and
fade in between An Assembled Reality and Modernity is the only conventional break. This is
a great one to really dive into.

3.0 good | Blud Vidal | October 14th 20 | Aronious flex a little too hard with this one. It's one thing to pack your album to the brim with technically accomplished riffage in the name of prog tech death; it's another to straight up overwhelm the listener with riffs on track after track. Far too often do Aronious leave the listener in the dust on Perspicacity, which is a darn shame as there is a lot of good stuff lurking below the surface here. Aronious should have cut the record in 1/2, saved some ideas for later, and polished what's left. They do have the tools to create an astonishingly brilliant tech death record, they just need to exercise restraint to get there.

3.0 good | Robert Garland STAFF | December 25th 19 | Despite a tendency to be slightly long winded, Perspicacity is an appropriate start to The Artisan Era's 2020 exports. A few production misgivings are generally forgiven by a decent atmosphere and otherwise strong musicianship.
