"They can't escape the BMTH comparisons" ... well they should stop copying them. Burning Out is almost literally Avalanche. Slightly tweaked and new lyrics. It's almost offensive how blatant it is. Running in Circles sounds like a TTS b-side.

A pretty solid vocalist diminished by the most generic music you could think of. Crisp production and catchy chorus melodies make this an entertaining listen, but alas utterly forgettable.

These guys can't escape the BMTH comparisons the same way that no one can stop comparing Greta Van Fleet to Led Zeppelin.

It's more of the same from Bad Omens, with a few
more alt-rock leaning songs than on the debut.
It's a fun listen but I doubt it'll hold up as
well as the first album. However, those of you
looking for a Sempiternal-like metalcore jam won't
go wrong with this, especially since it's got some
of this band's heaviest stuff.
EDIT:
It's actually becoming even better with repeated
listens, damn might even bump the rating in the
future.
