What shame... Ozzy destroyed this album. If Dio was on vocals it would be a 5.

Nah, Dio is notorious for his awful voice. Tony Martin is the best BS vocalist hands down.

Ozzy's voice suits Ozzy's Sabbath stuff better, I cringe when anyone else sings the songs live

Iommi's the absolute king of riffs. There are good riffs even on the weaker Sabbath albums.

"Sabotage needs more love around these parts."
Agreed hard. It's an incredible album, I wonder what happened after this one and they under-performed so much. Drugs?
"iommi is god"
Undoubtedly.

"I wonder what happened after this one and they under-performed so much. Drugs?"
It was a combination of many bad things. Drugs, no inspiration, weariness from the constant touring-recording routine. But most importantly, it was their ego that went through the roof and they couldn't work harmonically.
