Too much noise tracks for my tastes, but it's got some good stuff on it.

I agree with Wikuk, Tool and Isis should not be compared so closely; they are two different bands going in two different direcions (at least Isis were) they both fit loosely into post rock, prog metal etc and both create long, cryptic and powerful, meandering songs; part ambience, part bone crushing intensity. The link is there but the suggestions of Isis being tool junior or the better version of tool are shallow and unfounded and do not give either band enough credit for their amazing work.

Isis are actually good and have far less annoying fanboys than Tool

Best Neurosis is Eye of Every Storm no question.
I know I'm in the future now, but nah false

isis is boring to me, the vocalist annoys me, and I really don't think they handle the build-up dynamics well. I'm definitely a bigger post-rock fan than a post-metal fan, and even though I'm not really a huge fan of any post-metal band, I can safely say that from what I've heard, Rosetta and Neurosis stomp this band.

Isis, Neurosis, and Cult of Luna are in a league of their own.

That, Holy Tears, and Garden of Light are all amazing songs. Dulcinea is also a favorite on this album.
