I've been meaning to 4.5 meddle. haven't listened to it in a while, but It does deserve a 4.5. for me, this album gets most underrated PF album, and Meddle gets most overlooked PF album.
This will always slightly edge out Meddle for me. Waters' song writing is brilliant, esp here IMO. and I could do without 15 minutes of slowed down cat wailing in Echoes.

Whatever classification of music it is, it's too much noise for me. I understand why and how it fits into the song and I appreciate that from a conceptual standpoint. I just think it could be shorter, still be intelligent, and still get the point across at the same time.
It's still a great song, and a great record.
