I really dislike this band. But apparently this might be better than their previous album.

In fact, their debut album wasn't actually that bad when I think about it.

I didnt mean to attack you, and I dont want you to leave the site or anything. Im sorry I sort of over reacted, but its just kind of my pet peeve when people use the term "emo" incorrectly.
Think of it as tough love ;)
Welcome to sputnik by the way

I'm not really a bad guy, but I have very little patience for foolish behavior. I see too many people slinging around terms like emo and Goth without having done an ounce of real research.

I actually listen to the told emo bands like Rites of Spring. I'm a big fan of Goth rock like The Cure, Bauhaus, The 69 Eyes, and The Cult. So of course irritates me to see people misusing the terms.

But for god's sake, don't slag off entire genres just because you dislike one band.

Good emo bands: Saetia, Circle takes the Square, Rites of Spring, Envy, Capn Jazz, Hot Cross
Non-emo Bands often mistaken for emo: My chemical romance, fall out boy, taking back sunday, green day
Just to make sure you know for the future

I don't get at all how people mistake Green Day for emo. Honestly, they may have gotten the stereotypical "emo-look" for American Idiot, but nothing else about them even makes me come close to thinking "emo", stereotypical or actual.

I dont get it either, scientists. But somehow, people find a way.
It almost seems like the word "emo" is becoming a synonym for "band I dont like"

I love the Single...Gerard Way has nothing on Freddie Mercury, at all though. I Don't Love You, is a good song also. It's much better than their last albums. I like it.

I didn't mind the single to be honest, was rather catchy but the album itself is just trash. It just sounds like a bargain bin version of 'American Idiot', and 'The Sharpest Lives' is one of the worst songs I've heard all year.

No, really, Gerad Way looks like a cross between Eminem and Michael Jasckon wtf?

I like it, if you can get passed the similarities to other bands, and just take this album for what it is then its a good listen, replayability however is short-lived. But if one more person calls them emo, i will climb into the screen and insert my boot so far up your ass you will be able to tie my shoe-laces with your tongue. Have a nice day
