This one has more diversity; more atmospherics, more clean parts. AOTW is pretty much 10 tracks of over 6-minute blast beats and egyptian scales. Not a bad thing, but this one keeps my attention better for longer.

It's alright. It's a solid album, Nile as a whole is just forgettable though.

I liking this album more than AOTW. This album has more depth to it. PLus it has the one Nile epic i like: Unas Slayer of the Gods.
I think the drumming on this album is better than on AOTW too.
