Was just spinning it and I really forgot just how solid it was. This was probably the first album with screamed vocals I ever listened too and really enjoyed

I remember being 13 and thinking this band would end up better than Metallica. Ten years later I was kind of right lol but they didn't make anything worthwhile after this.

This might be my favorite Shadows Fall release, though I am not too big on the guys in general.

Why am I just really getting into this band?

Not quite as good as Art of Balance, but sooo close.

Playing the for the first time in years, forgot how much i enjoyed to be honest. Been on a massive nostalgic run listening to random metalcore stuff recently, even bought a few bits i didn't pick up years ago.

I don't care what anyone thinks. This album is borderline fucking perfect. Never understood why people called them metalcore, either. If they are metalcore then they are the Skid Row of metalcore.
