I think this is the best review I've read on this site... I've heard of Sodom, but don't know if they'd be my thing...

I am the War, Napalm in the Morning, and Marines are incredible tracks after a first listen. Too bad I get the impression this is their only good release...

How funny would it be if the [Agent Orange] album got banned too; From a school or something, by some kind of zero tolerance policyThis Message Edited On 01.15.08

This is my second Sodom album and this kicks ass. If you like Black/Thrash Metal then this is definitely for you.

Yeah it is. This whole album is amazing to me tbh.

But if you liked this, I'd say look into Destroyer 666's "Phoenix Rising" (which is more black metal than thrash, so you might even like it more), Nocturnal Breed's "Fields of Rot" (very similar to this), and Sodomizer's "The Dead Shall Rise to Kill" (more black/speed metal but still very thrash influenced...helluva lotta fun too).

Oh, and Torchbearer's "Warnments", which is great black/death/thrash. Highly praised on this site and others as well.

I have Black City-Black Fire from D666 and i've heard a couple of songs from Phoenix Rising and it sounded great, i just never got the rest. Is Nocturnal Breed the side project of Silenoz from Dimmu Borgir?

Tbh I'm not quite sure. I know there was a few members from Dimmu that were on past releases, but the line-up now I believe does not contain any, so I want to say "no" to your question...

I just looked it up and there arent any DB members in the current lineup, but Silenoz founded the band. And also i forgot to say great review.
