Ok understanding in a crash you said fall out boy and senses fail are the same lyrical . Ok wrong, listen to all three of fall out boys album, they are probablly one of the greaters song writers for punk-pop now adays. Senses fail? Sure their good, but seriously, they talk about killing some girl through out the hole album.

ok, well, first of all, senses fail and fall out boy cant even be compared because fall out boy sucks and senses fail is awesome. also, what is this obsession with who has better lyrics, who cares? also, the genre doesnt need to be so much of an issue either, let them be pop punk to people who want them to be pop punk and let them be hardcore to people who want them to be hardcore, lyrics and genre shouldnt be so much of an issue if you like the band and whoever doesnt like the band, dont waste your time posting negative comments on the boards. nice reveiw

Great album, i will probably listen to this for what seems like forever. Been listening for about 1 year now, still hasn't got old.



And btw, C+C = Pop-Punk. Prog = Rush, Symphony X (Power/Prog) and Spocks Beard.

I can see how people might think how Senses Fail is pop/punk, but I would drift towards emocore. If you listen to their lyrics while keeping in mind their guitar (i.e. Bite to Break Skin), you might agree.
P.S. I thought the review was well written, but I was sad to read that my favorite song, Irony of Dying on Your Birthday, only got eight out of ten.

Bite To Break Skin is really good, and they have some good riffs and songs, but their lyrics are pretty shoddy.

Ok, after nearly 6 months of listening to this album i have a simple statement to make :



best pop-punk album ever. definatly in my top 3 albums of all time, and 'Irony Of Dying On Your Birthday' is probably my 2nd faverouite song of all time.
